Welcome to Melody Memories! By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We provide custom AI-generated songs and videos based on your inputs.

  • Usage Rights & License All outputs are for personal, non-commercial use only. Songs (emailed, starting at $50) may not be sold, distributed commercially, or used publicly without our written permission. Videos (YouTube-hosted, starting at $125) can be shared via the private/unlisted link for personal viewing; downloading, reposting, or commercial use requires our approval and compliance with Suno AI’s licensing (we grant a limited personal license only; Suno may impose additional rules).
  • Your Responsibilities Provide accurate, complete details, photos (recommended 1920×1080 pixels, landscape; no nudity, defamatory, or unauthorized copyrighted content), and meet deadlines. Late/incomplete submissions may delay delivery or add fees.
  • Privacy and Consent Your data/photos are used only for fulfillment and shared confidentially with partners (e.g., Suno AI). Promotional use (e.g., featuring your story on our site) requires explicit opt-in. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • Video Removal/Unlisting As buyer, request free removal or unlisting by emailing melody-memories@proton.me (include name, email, order number). We confirm in 2 business days and act in 7–14 days per YouTube/Suno rules. Third-party privacy concerns (GDPR/CCPA) will be reviewed.
  • Our Rights & Limitations We/Suno retain rights to underlying tools and generation processes. Videos are hosted on our channel for delivery (no ad monetization enabled on customer videos). Outputs are “as-is” — no warranties on quality, uniqueness, or copyright eligibility (AI content may have limitations).
  • General We are not liable for indirect damages, third-party platform changes, or emotional outcomes. Disputes resolved via email first; governed by [your jurisdiction, e.g., Panama] law.
