At Melody Memories, we pour heart into every custom song and video to celebrate your cherished moments. Because our creations are personalized and tailored to your unique inputs, our refund policy reflects the custom nature of the work.

  • No Refunds After Delivery or Approval Once your song (delivered via email) or video (final non-watermarked version delivered via YouTube link) is provided and/or approved, no refunds will be issued. This includes cases of buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or subjective dissatisfaction with the creative output.
  • Exceptions for Our Errors If we fail to deliver, or if there’s a significant technical error or major deviation from the details you provided in the recipient form (e.g., incorrect lyrics, mismatched photos, or production failure not due to your inputs), contact us within 7 days of delivery/approval at melody-memories@proton.me. Include your order number, name, email, and a clear description of the issue. We’ll review promptly and, at our sole discretion, may offer:
    • A rework/revision (where feasible), or
    • A partial or full refund.
  • Pre-Delivery / Review Phase For Standard/Premium packages, you receive a preview (watermarked/transparent) for review before final payment and delivery. Once you approve and proceed to payment, the order is considered final—no refunds for later dissatisfaction.
  • No Refunds for Misuse Refunds are not available if the song or video is used commercially without our written permission (as outlined in our Terms and Conditions).
  • Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (subject to your bank/payment processor’s policies). We cannot guarantee instant processing.
