  • Information We Collect When you complete the recipient questionnaire, we gather details like names, traits, memories, stories, and photos solely to personalize and create your custom song or video.
  • How We Use Your Information We use your data exclusively to fulfill your order — generating songs (delivered via email, starting at $50) or videos (hosted on YouTube, starting at $125). It may be shared confidentially with trusted AI production partners like Suno AI and VEED AI. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing/training purposes without explicit consent. Our AI-generated outputs are based only on your inputs and are not fed back into external model training.
  • Security & Retention Your data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption and access controls. We delete it upon your request, after 12 months of inactivity (no orders or communication), or when no longer needed for fulfillment/legal reasons.
  • Video Privacy & Removal As the buyer, you can request unlisting or removal of your video by emailing melody-memories@proton.me with your name, email, and order number. We confirm within 2 business days and complete the action within 7–14 days. Third parties may raise GDPR/CCPA concerns, which we review promptly.
  • Your Rights You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. For non-US residents, we support GDPR and CCPA rights (e.g., deletion, opt-out where applicable). Email melody-memories@proton.me to exercise these.
  • Cookies & Tracking Our website uses only functional cookies (no advertising/tracking). Manage preferences via your browser settings.
