- Post-Delivery: No refunds are issued after your song or video is delivered, as our work is custom and tailored to your specifications.
- Exceptions: If a technical error on our part (e.g., failure to deliver or significant deviation from your provided details) occurs, contact us at melody-memories@proton.me within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your case and may offer a partial refund or rework at our discretion.
- No Commercial Use Refunds: Refunds are not available if you misuse your song or video for commercial purposes without permission, as outlined in our terms.
- Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to your bank’s policies.
