  • Usage Rights: Songs (emailed starting at $50) are for personal use only—no commercial use allowed. Videos (hosted on YouTube starting at $125) can be shared via the provided link for personal use; downloading or reposting elsewhere requires our written permission and Suno AI’s approval to avoid copyright issues.
  • Your Responsibilities: Provide accurate details and photos (at least 1920×1080 pixels, no nudity or defamatory content) by our deadlines. Late or incomplete submissions may delay your order or incur fees.
  • Privacy and Consent: We use your shared details and photos only to create your content, sharing them confidentially with partners like Suno AI. Promotional use requires your opt-in via email or the consent box. Request the recipient form at melody-memories@proton.me.
  • Video Removal: As the buyer, email melody-memories@proton.me with your name, email, and order number to request free video removal or unlisting; we’ll confirm within 2 business days and act within 7-14 days, per YouTube and Suno AI rules. Others can raise privacy concerns under GDPR/CCPA, which we’ll review.
  • Our Rights: We retain commercial rights and profits (e.g., YouTube ad revenue) from hosted videos.
